About the project

The Nacho is a prototype electric dirt bike. Gus designed and built it from scratch, with no welding, using Doug fir 2x4s inside a bolted aluminum shell.

Power comes from a 48V DC motor with a direct-drive transmission, run through a VESC controller and a twist throttle. Nothing on this site is for sale.
